In her capacity as Managing Partner and CFO, Courtney oversees all management strategy, financial, tax, and operational functions at Rivet. Courtney is also the CFO of Lenati which she joined at its inception after previous executive roles at Trimlite LLC and Aptimus, LLC. Courtney is the Ambassador Board Chair and past Board Member and Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters, and a YWCA volunteer. She has an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA from the University of California.
Jen’s passion is helping clients leverage their most important asset – their customers. Throughout her career, she has focused on the design and construction of connected marketing and sales channel programs. Her penchant for technology continues to drive her focus on technology integration and adoption to increase program performance and speed to market. Prior to co-founding Lenati, Jen was a Vice President for the Pacific Northwest practice of Hitachi Consulting and led their Customer Solutions practice. Jen is a graduate of the University of Colorado, where she received a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on applied statistics. She serves on the marketing advisory committee for the Pacific Science Center.
Lisa Wolff, President
Lisa enjoys building businesses and developing innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges. With over 15 years’ experience in marketing for software, technology, and multi-channel retailers, Lisa has created marketing, advertising and customer acquisition strategies that drive sales and open new markets. Over the last 8 years, Lisa has been focused on developing computing acquisition, retention, and migration strategies for enterprise Cloud software companies. Lisa was a founder of FreeShop.com and Aptimus.com (ATPM) which were acquired by the Apollo Group.
Neil Dino, Director of Account Management
Neil has over 15 years of experience on both the client and agency side where he developed and grew a strong foundation in Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Account Management. In his previous roles, he has been responsible for client and operational management, targeting and segmentation strategy, process implementations and vendor management for well-known local companies like Starbucks, Eddie Bauer and Hacker Agency and global clients like AT&T. Neil enjoys building strong relationships and partnering with his clients to develop the best solutions for his clients strategic and operational challenges.
