THE RECRUITING PROCESS
Step 1 – Connect & Explore: Our recruiters will connect with you over the phone so we can get to know you and explore project opportunities that may align with your interests and skills.
Step 2 – Meet & Develop: Meet our recruiters in-person to deepen and develop rapport and help us understand your capabilities and goals. After this, we’ll collaborate and share potential projects and help get you set up for interviews with our Account Managers and clients.
Step 3 – Start & Engage: Once you’re hired, you’ll go through our onboarding process and meet our Consultant Care team. They will get you started and work with you during you project to ensure you have a great project experience.
